100% of the BnB Short Stack Songwriting Challenge proceeds will benefit Books & Breakfast. Books & Breakfast (BnB) by Urban G.R.A.C.E. Social, co-sponsored by Turning Point United Methodist Church in Trenton, NJ, is a weekly event that holds space for members of the community to gather over a hot meal, access a library of donated books and for black community leaders to organize. In response to the pandemic, a “to-go” model was adopted, and on average between 250 and 300 meals are distributed each week, along with PPE and other resources. The weekly cost of each breakfast is around $500.
